Joyful Noise

Joyful Noise is an introductory hand chime choir for children entering Kindergarten through 3rd grade.  Beginning music skills are taught including note reading, rhythmic reading and the difference between melody and harmony.  They participate in worship approximately every six weeks and also the Christmas Eve Family Service. 


They rehearse on Monday evenings at 5:45pm, beginning in September and ending in mid-June culminating in "Hallelujah for Handbells".

Glory Ringers

Glory Ringers is an entry-level handbell choir for children around ages 9 to 11.  Different handbell techniques are introduced along with more complicated rhythmic patterns.  They rehearse on Monday evenings at 4:45pm weekly and participate in worship approximately every six weeks.   They also participate in the Christmas Eve Family Service. 


Rehearsals begin in September and end in mid June culminating in "Hallelujah for Handbells".

Concert Handbell Choir

Concert Handbell Choir is for the advanced young adult ringer, typically for middle school to high school aged teens.  Ringers must be highly committed and available to ring on all principal church festivals including Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday.  They have toured the East Coast from Maine to Florida in the past as well as traveling to England twice, the second trip at invitation.  They ring on 5 octaves of handbells and 5-1/2 octaves of handchimes playing Level 4 music.


They rehearse every Wednesday at 5pm. Rehearsals begin in September and end in mid-June culminating in "Hallelujah for Handbells".
