  • Counters

    We have five teams of counters and three alternates who handle the Sunday morning offerings. Counting Teams consist of two persons. They count the offerings, record designated gifts, and drop the deposit bag at the bank.


    Time commitment: A counting team is assigned for a specific Sunday of the month. It usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes to complete the tasks. For very large worship occasions, such as Christmas Eve or Easter, it may take up to two hours to complete the counting task.

  • Office Helpers

    The church office will occasionally require help with large mailings to church members, usually three or four times a year. Volunteers help by stuffing envelopes with the prepared correspondence, placing mailing labels and stamps on envelopes and sealing envelopes. All necessary supplies are provided.


    Time commitment: Volunteers are needed three or four times a year. The tasks take approximately one hour.
